The return policy is a joke. I need to take all the trouble to send the device back at my own cost for a defective product.First to mention Pro's-1. Light weight2. Easy to install3. Works on battery4. Need only a single pair transmission wire.Now the issues i face..1. upon water level reaching full tank, Green indicator does not glow. Instead Red light blinks with alarm.2. At this stage(water tank full) , short touch shows all 3 colours. Blue, yellow, red.3. The audio alarm sound is low and cannot be heard beyond 2 rooms. So we need to stand near the device to monitor it while water pump is in operation.4. When water level is reaching green sensor, The audio alarm is triggered but it just beeps for 45 seconds and goes to sleep. So when tank gets full and if no one is near the device the water will overflow but the device happily sleeps after the first 45 seconds beep.Otherwise the level indicator Yellow and blue indicator works.Anyways the purpose for what I bought is defeatedm. Pity that item is fullfilled by Amazon by does not take any responsibility for return. The return Policy sucks so what's the point.Update - 16 Jan 2024Full Tank sensor works irregularly. The alarm starts after tank over flows .What a waste of money.Please do not buy this product.
