Review: So far so Good, I will update if my comment if ANY problems happen... Good little pump, quite too! - I bought this pump to keep water moving to my garage/Shop area as I used an insulated Boiler Hose to send cold water to my shop in the winter months.. I like having running water in my shop for all sorts of needs but I have many issues of freezing the insulated pipe so I needed to find a way to keep the water moving when not in use. I created a loop/Circle of the two 3.4" inch water lines and just recirculate the water until needed. I added a Tee to the line in my shop to attach a water/garden hose to and so far it has worked out quite well. I haven't gotten around to burying the insulated water hose which created this issue so this was my only hope until I can get around to doing it all the correct way! There never seems to be enough time in a day to get things done when the weather is nicer outside. I've already had a week of Sub Zero weather in northern MN during the night with no issue yet. Seems like a good pump. I have ran it on the highest speed of three to make sure the water keeps moving... Its gamble of course...
Review: Doing justice - I purchased the RS15-6SB variant Feb 26, 2023 and it's almost Dec 2024 now. This pump has worked satisfactorily for ~10 months & is still going strong. In my application it recirculates domestic hot water between oil boiler, wood boiler and solar systems tanks / exchangers. It sees DHW ranging in temperature from ~100°F to ~150°F at 30-50 PSI. I'm planning to purchase another, possibly the S15-9SR which can be set to switch on/off automatically. As seen in my three photos, my pump came with adaptor fittings to sweat 1/2" copper pipe. For the price and considering the other pumps available for this purpose, you can't expect more. To say the least I'm satisfied with this Vevor product. If it was rebranded, it could probably be sold for twice as much.

**Q: Is there a switch to turn off the automatic start feature?  I just want it to come on when power is applied.  Don't need any automatic flow sensor.**
A: This Hot Water Recirculating Pump has no automatic switch. You just need to plug it in and it will operate automatically.

**Q: The red switch is the speed switch.  Where is there switch/setting to use this without the automatic start feature?**
A: This Hot Water Recirculating Pump only has a gear switch, it has no start-stop function Settings, it only has speed control, like first, second and third gear.

**Q: Is this pump continuous-duty rated?**
A: You check the manual id like to know before i would buy it

**Q: I don't understand the "automatic start" feature. How does it help much if the pump doesn't circulate *until* someone opens a hot water fixture?**

I bought this pump to keep water moving to my garage/Shop area as I used an insulated Boiler Hose to send cold water to my shop in the winter months.. I like having running water in my shop for all sorts of needs but I have many issues of freezing the insulated pipe so I needed to find a way to keep the water moving when not in use. ### ⭐ Output threads are too thick to connect.

Maybe it's a serviceable pump. I don't have any way of telling yet. It comes with, what appears to be 3/4" NPT input and output threads and includes 2 high quality brass 3/4 to 1/2 adapters. Unfortunately, on one side of the pump, the threads are cut so poorly into the casting that the coupler won't attach (and neither will anything else I've tried). It appears they were either cut out of round or simply not deep enough. Since I can't return it I'm going to try fixing the thread with a dremel. If that works, I'll review the pump itself and perhaps switch to 2 stars. As-is, it's not usable. Update: Well, I did find a way to fix the threads and the pump itself has been installed for over 6 months with no problems. It does seem to be a fairly good quality machine. Pressure is good. No serious vibration or noise....
