Review: A better Mousetrap!! - I had to write something to let others know how incredibly happy I am that I found these forearm crutches. They changed everything for me as soon as I opened the box. I had Meniscus and MCL surgery a little over two weeks ago and using my crutches or a friends medical cane with a forearm holder, well they both worked, but was not the best. I decided to go online to see if somebody had designed something better for people like me recovering from surgery that needed either one or two crutches or canes and I found these in - Motion forearm crutches and cannot believe they not only work a hell of a lot better than what I had been using but they also had built-in shock absorbers. Was hoping when I got them that they would be cool as they looked on desertcart but when I got them, I was so jazzed because they are better than I expected! The quality is incredible. This is not some cheesy garbage from China. This is super high end .... They go together in seconds..... And for me it changed my life being able to use one or two of them at times and have them give me great support from the forearm holders........ But especially the built-in shock absorbers on the bottom which are set perfectly to the right amount of shock absorption. They also have handles that are conformed to your hands that are so much better than the traditional medical forearm crutch which are pretty lame....and this is huge! I could not have designed anything better and I even called the company just to thank them for designing this product and I told them I'm definitely going to put in a good review for them...... Which is something I rarely do. I'm 5 feet nine and I got the taller ones........ And they fit perfectly. Cannot recommend these enough!!! Thank you in Motion. These are helping me through a very difficult time and I absolutely appreciate it so much. Great design!! Thanks again! Scotty
Review: Extremely comfortable and supportive - I have neuropathy in my feet, so I frequently use forearm crutches to take some of the pressure off them. These are the third pair of crutches I’ve had, and while I like the first two just fine, the in-Motion Forearm Crutches are the most comfortable and supportive. Any time I order forearm crutches, I’m afraid the cuffs are going to be too small for my forearms (I’m not exactly a small guy lol). Not only are these cuffs big enough, but they fit my forearms comfortably and give me a feeling of stability. And for those in need of smaller cuffs, don’t worry—the crutches come with two different sizes. Back to stability. Like I said, I’m a bigger guy (about 280 lbs.), so I have to be conscious of specifications when it comes to something that’s helping me support my weight. These crutches have a maximum capacity of 350 lbs., and they feel every bit as stable and solid as you could hope for. I’m not worried about them kicking out from underneath me regardless of what gait I’m using or what I’m doing. I said these crutches were comfortable and supportive at the beginning, so just a little more on that. They have ergonomic handles, which is a first for me, and they are so, so comfortable. I feel little to no stress on my hands and wrists with these crutches. Lastly, the special springs and crutch tips are fantastic at absorbing the shock when you place your crutches down to step forward. The springs in particular are wonderful, because they absorb the impact and basically use it to support you and help you remain upright as you move. I haven’t had this kind of stability and support with my previous pairs of crutches. These are great, and I highly recommend them for whatever your mobility needs may be!!

## Features

- SIZING GUIDE — TALL SIZE FOR USERS 5'3" TO 6'8": Sold as a pair. Forearm crutch sizing is based on handle height, not overall body height. To confirm fit: stand upright in the shoes you'll normally wear and measure from the floor to your hip. This measurement should fall between 28.5" and 42.5". The handle adjusts across 15 positions within that range. If you are 5'2" or shorter, choose our Short size (B09LH3QDBB). Weight capacity: 350 lbs. Each crutch weighs 1.8 lbs. Note: this listing is for the spring-assisted model. If you prefer a rigid post without springs, see our rigid version (B0FJ62JHV7).
- NOT YOUR STANDARD FOREARM CRUTCH — ERGONOMIC LEFT/RIGHT GRIPS AND TWO CUFF SIZES INCLUDED: The in-Motion forearm crutch features contoured left/right ergonomic hand grips angled to keep your wrist in its natural position reducing nerve strain and the wrist "kinking" that makes traditional forearm crutches painful during long recovery periods. Two forearm cuff sizes are included in every box (standard and large) so you can get a secure, snug fit regardless of forearm size. The semi-closed cuff design provides more support than open-cuff models while still allowing easy entry and hands-free use.
- SPRING ASSIST TECHNOLOGY — FIRM, CONTROLLED ENERGY RETURN WITH EVERY STEP: The patented lower-post spring absorbs the shock of each step and returns that energy forward to reduce shoulder, elbow, and wrist fatigue throughout the day. The spring has a firm, controlled feel, not bouncy, and runs significantly quieter than traditional spring-loaded crutches. This is intentionally different from a rigid forearm crutch: most users adjust within the first day and find it dramatically reduces fatigue during longer recovery periods. If you specifically need a rigid post without springs, see our non-spring version (B0FJ62JHV7).
- SURE FOOT ARTICULATING TIPS — STABLE ON ANY SURFACE: The articulating crutch tips pivot to maintain full contact with the ground regardless of angle, giving you confident footing on hardwood floors, carpet, grass, gravel, and uneven outdoor terrain. Unlike fixed rubber tips that tilt and slip, these maintain 75–100% surface contact at all times. Works in combination with the spring system to dramatically reduce the jarring impact that makes traditional forearm crutches exhausting during all-day use.
- LIGHTWEIGHT AT 1.8 LBS EACH + 1-YEAR WARRANTY: Built with a reinforced cylinder bracket and double-reinforced strut for heavy-duty durability at 350 lbs capacity without the bulk. At just 1.8 lbs per crutch, these are engineered for users who need all-day reliability without added weight. Backed by a 1-year parts and replacement warranty. Developed through 34 clinical studies and trusted by physical therapists and professional athletes worldwide.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Makes life EASIER
*by L***N on December 28, 2024*

Initially, I was trying to find something that was a match for a pair of $240 arm crutches I found. I liked the look but also that they had more features (springs, handles, etc). These mostly fit the bill visually, seemed higher quality than the run of the mill, and were half the price of the inspo crutches. I've been using crutches and a knee scooter for almost 4 months now and this has been a game changer for me. I don't think I could have started off with something like this, I needed the support of the crutches to rest my armpits on. But now that I'm much more mobile and my hands are stronger, these make moving much smoother. I can easily use the arm band to pick the crutch up while carrying something in that hand and use the other as a cane. When I'm in my house, I almost never use both since speed isn't an issue. Using it as a cane feels much more supportive than the cane I have, too. Not wobbly, love the little pivoting foot/spring. Movement feels so natural with these. I highly recommend these if you're looking for something to use in the long term, once you're doing well with the clunkier old-school crutches. Upgrade. You won't regret it.
