So far it has worked flawlessly and it is everything I wanted and more. Fingers crossed it continues to work. The fact that they acknowledged that the original product was subpar and replaced it with an upgraded version is huge for me. I am beyond happy with the product and especially the A+ customer service. *PRIOR REVIEW* I’ve had my hatch for about five months now and if it worked the way it should I would absolutely love it and it would be worth every penny. However, it constantly malfunctions and considering I paid $120 plus the $50ish? In subscription fees, this is completely unacceptable. There has been several times where I’ve set an alarm and it randomly disables it so I always have to make sure I have a back up alarm set on my phone. Half the time I press the button to start my wind down routine it doesn’t work at all so I try to start it from the app and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t and I have to unplug it and plug it back in multiple times to get it to work. I have 3 steps to my wind down routine and sometimes it’ll just randomly stop working in the middle and again I have to unplug and replug it in multiple times to get it to work. Again, at such a high price point they really need to get their you know what together and work out the bugs and start producing a better product. I bought this to help me relax and sleep better and the anger and frustration I feel when I’m trying to use it has the exact opposite effect. I hated waking up in the winter because I much prefer waking up with the sun. This makes mornings easier because it makes my room bright before I wake up! Also use the sound machine function every single night and use the ambient lighting option as I'm winding down for bed to give me a bit of light but not too much that it keeps me awake. I also like to use it while watching movies and I pick a colour that matches the vibe of the movie to create some ambiance.
