Difficult to handle at full extension. Sweeping side to side nigh on impossible, but ok with vertical movements working along slowly. You can't apply much pressure to scrub the boards. It does clear most of the algae and dirt. I think by using a upvc cleaning solution might improve the performance. I just used soapy water. It is good quality and pretty robust when not fully extended. It has about the right weight to robustness ratio. Any heavier would mean I would need to train at a gym to use it. It is much easier to use when not fully extended.
