This part is difficult or impossible to get from DELL, but these look exactly like the ones that come with the server - all the lights are functional and the correct color and the fit into the chassis is spot on. Could not be happier. Review: Took a bit of adjusting - Fits my R320 but very tight fit. Had to really adjust the drive to sit just right to get it to close all the way but it works good. ## Features - README FIRST: The same PowerEdge server type can have two different sizes of the drive bay. Works great. *by J***U on 27 August 2020* Not sure why it wants to rate thickness, I gave it 5*s because they are quality builds.
