Review: A nice piece of tech with great sound that won't make you go broke - We are using this with a Smartboard with Zoom and Google Meet, and it's great. You plug the wireless dongle into a USB port, press the power button for 3 seconds, and our Nearhub saw it instantly, paired and made it the default speaker and Mic. This solves a huge acoustic problem for us in big echo prone rooms. It's also a great value for the money, the sound and the ease of use outpace versions we have use that cost 5x. Easy to set up, simple and clear controls, and options for connectivity, though the wireless dongle is a no brainer. Works with Smartboards, Macs and PCs

**Q: can this be plugged in for charging to an outlet while it is bluetooth connected for microhpone usage?**
A: Yes, the PowerConf S500 can be used still while it is getting a charge.

**Q: Will this work to utilize zoom meetings via a lg smart tv?**
A: The PowerConf S500 can work with the Zoom platform well. However, we can not 100% guarantee the speakerphone is compatible with the lg smart tv.

**Q: I want to use this device as a recorder-type unit, sitting on a table in a room.  Can this be configured in Mac audio settings as an input device?**
A: Although I haven’t done this exactly, I don’t see why it shouldn’t be able to work. Once the Anker device is connected (either via the USB cable or Bluetooth) you can designate it in the Mac audio sound settings to be used to both output and input audio.

**Q: Can i  pair with the powerconf s3  so both plug into one usb for zoom? or is there any other cheaper anker for my second mike?**
A: No, it is only supported to link another PowerConf S500 speakerphone to enlarge the voice-picking coverage.

We are using this with a Smartboard with Zoom and Google Meet, and it's great. You plug the wireless dongle into a USB port, press the power button for 3 seconds, and our Nearhub saw it instantly, paired and made it the default speaker and Mic. Great small office speakerphone. The noise cancellation is amazing , connects via the dongle easily and is a very good value for the tech inside. I use it on all phone calls and Zoom calls. I am told that my voice quality is perfect and that they can't tell I have them on a speaker. It has been a great addition and I wish I purchased it sooner.
