I have been using it once a week since early December 2022 until last early August 2024. I have seen that it has taken care of the unwanted hair on my face. It was near painless. I was getting the treatments at a local doctor's office and would spend roughly $500 a session for maintenance every 8 weeks. I was VERY happy with the results. HOWEVER, I couldn't seem to get the results I wanted for my facial hair. I was treating my upper lip for quite a while and then my very thick peach fuzz on my chin and sideburns. I was feeling frustrated I was still having to shave my face every few days. This would cause me to break out, etc. I wanted something at home that I could use on my face so that I could treat it enough instead of waiting to go to the doctor's office every 8 weeks because that clearly wasn't working. Thank you for a great product!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Seems to be working *by C***K on August 25, 2022* I ordered this laser hair removal device 3 months ago. It is a quality piece and electronics function well. I have been using it regularly for three months and the hair in the area I'm using it on seems to be getting thinner and less coarse. It isn't gone by any means, but I will continue using it in the hopes that it will get there. I started out the first month on a lower level and then gradually increased to higher levels. It does feel hot on the higher levels, but it's not too bad. It hasn't affected the skin in that area in any negative way. The cooling feature is nice too, and it's great that it comes with the protective glasses. On the higher level, it pauses between zaps. I don't know if it needs time to recharge or what, but because of this, the time to do the area takes longer on the higher power level.
