## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is this latch reversible for left hinge outward swing install?**
A: I used for outward swing but think it’d be fine for inward too.

**Q: Is there something I can attach to the inside lever to make it easier to raise when exiting?**
A: I added a d & d handle to the inside- $5 black or $6 white on Amazon/ $10 at orange big box store. Though it doesn't help the opening mechanism, it greatly assists pulling the gate open while manipulating the closer lever. 100% better operation!

**Q: Will this work with a 6 inch post?**
A: No, it will not work with a 6" post.

**Q: I installed this latch yesterday but my gate will still blow open from the outside. Does anybody have any suggestions to keep this from happening?**
A: You can try installing vertical rods on the back side. I use them on both gates to lock our double gate from the inside when we go away.
