Got this for my mother in law for Christmas. She loves cooking tamales on it !! It was an amazing price, it works as good as one would imagine, she doesn’t have to bend down so it’s a good size and she can store it easily . The heat output is amazing. All together a great product, oh and it was easy to put together!!!

Sturdiness: no issues. Heat Amount: no mentioning anywhere. Seems very high. Overall appearance: very good. Came clearly new in box. Produced a burning smell when started for first time... probably a break-in period. If you're making a wok stir fry, the flames are too close, and this seems to be an issue. I had to carry it further above the flames. See video. I would welcome any advice!

This burner is great! First I want to say that the height is amazing because there is no need to break your back. It works very very well and you can put it anywhere outside and it very convenient. The heat is perfect and you can adjust it. I really recommend this product you will not regret it.

This is a great burner. Sturdy and well made. Large enough for a 10 gallon kettle. Heat output is excellent and more than most people will need. Fully controllable with the adjustable regulator. This unit uses what appears to be a "banjo burner", so replacements (if ever needed) should be readily available. Can be used with or without leg extensions which are quite sturdy. Frame is all-welded construction. One item I noticed is that they missed one of the notches that the grid sits in. Although I'd consider this less than perfect workmanship, it doesn't seem to affect performance in any way. Does not come with a heat shield plate to protect the drain valve. If you don't get one with your boiling pot (GasOne pots don't come with it but Bayou Classic do), I'd recommend getting one to protect the gaskets. DO NOT use insulated handled valves as the flames will melt and/or ignite the plastic, especially without the shield plate in place.

Since the pandemic I have gotten really into sous vide my meats. But the downside is, as anyone who does sous vide knows, is your food doesn't look great when it comes out of the sous vide. You have to sear it (either before or after). And searing in the kitchen, particularly fish makes the whole house smell, and can end up with a lot of smoke. I've tried to do it on my grill, but it just doesn't get hot enough. But this, this does it. This puts out a ton of heat, and allows me to sear all my meat without smoking or stinking up the house. I cook bacon on it, I sear salmon, I brown tortillas and I love how quickly it heats up my cast iron skillet. The only drawback it has is that if its on low it seems to turn itself off after a while. I'm not sure if this just gravity working on the regulator (which is really loose) or whether its from something else. But if somethings on low, it won't just simmer indefinitely for me. But other than that, I love the fact that it has leg extensions, so I don't have to bend down to use it. I'm not doing 300lb boils so the higher legs work great for me. If you just need something that will do a fantastic sear, this is the way. Also, buy the cover. I didn't and ended up getting it from gasone separately and kicked myself for not doing it when I bought it.

I'm amazed by this gas stove. It is easy to assemble and hook up to a propane gas tank. There is a little knob to control the heat. At maximum, the fire is really intense. I used a carbon steel wok to cook my first fried rice noodles. I was able to achieve that smoky taste so sought after in asian stir fries. It seems fairly compact to bring along in the car as well. I like that it comes with an option to extend the legs and it is sturdy.

Lo utilizo con una estufa para mi wok, es de excelente calidad, el único detalle que no me fije es que viene con entrada para gas de estados unidos (diferente a la mexicana). Pero se arregla con un adaptador y tiene excelente flama. Tuve que adicionar un anillo para cocinar con wok.

No venía en regulador ni la manguera.
