Moving those things overhead helped clear out a significant amount of floor space. The steel construction feels heavy-duty, and the rack holds multiple storage totes without any signs of sagging or wobbling. I also like that the overhead design makes use of space that would otherwise go unused. Installation does take some time, and having a second person helps, especially when lifting the frame into place. Following the instructions carefully and locating the ceiling joists are important steps for a successful installation.
