Adequate for my needs
The product is good. Does the job well. Temperature settings might have to be slightly higher than indicated of kraft paper pouches. Guess they are mentioned specifically for polythene and aluminium pouches.

Don't buy emem machine
Please don't buy this product, neither amazon nor its dealer return or replace it.i buy this machine I received a used product nd of which teflon cloth had brown from centre line where blade exists.its alignment is not right nd stop working after few use.i make return or replacement request .it shows machine will replace in 2-3 days but after 4days amazon show it can't be replaced due to some reasons ur refund will be initiated but neither replacement done nor refund even after days of request.now msg of enem dealer comes repair it urself we will pay or courier it to us at ur cost.i tried to repair it locally nd spend money myself but fault of alignment not get right teflon cloth burn again which I had been changed the electrition take 200 rs.now dealer say courier it to us on ur cost it's not a fair deal.i think I should complain in consumer court of both amazon and enem
