I don't think it will remove much of the rust if you "flush" it through the radiator. You'd need to allow time for the liquid to sit and react with the interior surfaces (8-12 hours), then flush it out. **Q: Can this be mixed with water or something ? Or do I have to buy 15 gallons to submerge my motorcycle gas tank** A: Fill your tank up with rinsed grave, stainless steel BBs or vibratory Sander media and a little bit of water, then shake the bejesus out of it. Rinse, repeat until you're satisfied. Do the last rinse with hot, hot water to heat up the tank, then dump it. The heat will evaporate the water. **Q: Can this be put on with a pump sprayer** A: It needs time to remove the rust. This is after about 12 hours, steel pieces worked just as good in an hour. The cast caliper took longer. But nees a good 4 liters to really soak bigger pieces.
