Review: Malos productos, mala atención al cliente - Tengo casi tres años con la mezcladora, luce bien y por su garantía de por vida pensé que valdría la pena gastar en la marca imaginando que en algún punto requeriría un cambio de empaques o detalles menores como cualquier llave de calidad. Cuál es la sorpresa que en menos de tres años tiene una fuga de agua por la parte entre la manguera y el Sprayer, intenté buscarle solución no di con nada local, contactando a la marca me comentaron había que cambiar toda la manguera, no me dieron opción de mandarme refacción a México, conseguí un servicio que me da manera de recibir paquetes en EUA y yo pagar para traer la refaccion a México y solventarlo, en ese momento dejaron de contestarme los emails y fui totalmente ignorado. Una pena que tengan productos que lucen bien pero no dan la calidad del costo, mejor compraba una de tiendas locales al mismo precio que me van a durar más tiempo, no hay refacciones de ninguna de sus partes porque todas son especiales, la marca no te apoya en la obtención de repuestos ni gratis ni con costo al menos en México. Así que por el solo hecho de la atención dada no vuelvo a comprar la marca y eso que ya tenía adquiridas posteriormente a esta mezcladora otros artículo esperemos no salgan iguales.

**Q: What's the replacement hose for this faucet?**
A: Not sure what your looking for but if you haven’t purchased this, save your self a headache don’t purchase it. It’s crap and the company does not stand behind it.  The sprayer broke after a few months, the magnet to hold the hose no longer held it and the extension house leaks.

**Q: There is a lag of about 3 seconds when using tapflow to shut the water. Any idea how to fix it?**
A: Mine did the same thing. I tried to contact seller and got no where. After 6 months mine started making good awful noises and the magnet that holds the sprayer stopped working so just hung there. This faucet is garbage. Hopefully you will have better luck with yours. BTW I read through the manual for help but there was nothing about the delay or if it could be changed.

**Q: Can you connect this via an a/c adaptor instead of having to use batteries?**
A: No

**Q: Does this faucet has touchless function?**
A: No it does not have touchless feature. It is a very nice looking faucet but the button to switch from stream to spray doesn't work correctly. On stream it stills come out as half stream /half spray. That started within the first few months of owning it.

We installed this faucet almost a year ago now and it has worked perfectly this far. The touch-up feature is wildly convenient and we haven't had to change the batteries yet, the finish still looks as good as it did on day 1, installation was strightforward, and we've had no leaks or any issues of any kind. There are higher-end, more expensive versions of this faucet, but this looks as classy as any of them.
