Review: Great Result--Easy Application - I have used Teak Guard on two of my sailboats, and I am incredibly impressed with the product. I did not use the cleaner, but I wish that I had. To prep the wood, I simply used sandpaper, and it is now my understanding that the end result would've been even better with the use of the teak cleaner. This product is simple to use. If you spill any on the boat tech, it is simple to clean up. It does not oxidize and turn dark like teak oil does. It lasts a full season, and all one has to do the next year is clean the surface and reapply the teak guard over the previous year's application. Simple. Fast. Effective. Attractive. One caveat, though: store any remaining product inside over Winter. Do not let it freeze; otherwise, it will ruin the teak guard, and you will have wasted whatever was left over from the year before.

I have used Teak Guard on two of my sailboats, and I am incredibly impressed with the product. I did not use the cleaner, but I wish that I had.
