I would use 14,000 grit or 40,000 grit with polishing wheel on a dremel tool. The process will not be quick especially if the scratch is deep. **Q: what is a percentage of concentration of these compounds?** A: 1500 **Q: Is this like with thermal paste we get a tiny bit of paste in a laege tube but with the plunger almost all the way in?** A: I would say no. Since i have ordered this product and used this product. The syringes you get are pulled almost to the very top and the paste is there. Push the plunger and you get a little bit out. You still have more to use. As far as i can tell from what i have used, plungers are full almost to the top. I had a deep scratch on my watch and I didn’t need to go up to the finest grade before the spot where the scratch looked great. It also took much less time than I expected.
