## Description

The USA Pan jelly roll sheet pan is a classic sized baking pan whose dimensions are specific to rolled cakes like jelly roll and pumpkin rolls (the classic size SHEET PAN is the half sheet and that is the typical size for sheet cakes—please measure to be sure you have the right pan for your recipe!). The jelly roll is perfect for rolled cakes and any sheet pan tasks! The jelly roll baking sheet’s surface is finished with USA Pan’s proprietary AMERICOAT nonstick coating, a nonstick silicone - which allows easy release of baked goods from the pan and makes clean up a breeze. USA Pan bakeware is made with aluminized steel, the material of choice for commercial bakeries. Steel for maximum strength and long term durability and aluminum for superior heat conductivity. Our sheet pans are finished with a steel wire in the rim, which provides extra strength and further resistance to warping. Do not exceed 450°F (230°C). Please note, our bakeware conducts heat efficiently, which may require you to reduce the time and temperature as necessary. Hand wash nonstick bakeware in warm water with mild dishwashing soap using a sponge, rinse and dry thoroughly. Do not place in dishwasher. We recommend using only silicone, nylon or wooden utensils. Review: High Quality worth a little extra! - Like many of us I have a collection of baking sheets, some from my mother who if living would be 104 years old. So they have seen better days. I have recently discovered USA pans and am slowly replacing some of my metal bakeware pieces with these fine quality well made pieces. Before purchasing this 1/4 sheet size pan I had only my mothers old 1/4 sheet pan. It is coated with years of "patina" and I always had to wrap it in foil if I used it. But I do use it! So after purchasing one of USA pans 9 inch pie tins, which I found to be of high quality I decided it was high time to buy a new 1/4 sheet pan. I was pleased to find it here on desertcart and it arrived this afternoon the same day order ( thank you desertcart!). I am baking a triple berry slab pie for a friend who is visiting tomorrow. These pies are typically baked on a 1/2 size cookie sheet ( with sides ) and made to serve a crowd. But I did not want to make a huge pie so I decided to use a 1/4 sheet size and wanted a nice clean new pan to bake it in. This is going to be perfect. The pan is heavy and well made as was the pie pan. They are stated to be non stick and feel as though they do have a coating. I would compare these to Nordic ware or other good high quality bakeware. They are comparably priced. I like that the bottoms are slightly corrugated to allow airflow. I am sure this will deliver many fine oven baked foods and last for years to come! At near 70 years old it will outlast me for sure! Great cookware that your grandkids can enjoy long after you have passed on!

**Q: Have there ever been a rust issue?**
A: They can and DO rust on the underneath lip.  I just noticed this!  Purchased this pan 10-2022 and it may be used once per month.  We hand wash and allow to air dry.  Guess I will have to now oven dry them even though the rust is now there. Disappointed.

**Q: When using this pan to make a pumpkin roll is it best to use parchment paper with it??**
A: I'd think using parchment paper would certainly make clean up and rolling the cake easier. Certainly not required. Feel free to contact USA Pan to follow up with them for more information on this product. Wish I could share information because I have baked ------- unfortunately, I'm just the seller of this product. However.....it is one of our most loved products by our customers.

**Q: can you put this item in the dishwasher or does it discolor like aluminum pans do?**
A: I wouldn’t put in dishwasher....it is super easy to clean by hand and still looks like new

**Q: Will this work for oven french toast?**
A: It's completely oven safe and I use it regularly at 425 degrees so I don't see why you couldn't use it for French toast.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Large baking pan for a 30” oven.

Bought a new Fridgidare range and has an air fryer basket. I bought this as a drip tray to put underneath the air fryer and it works great. Fits perfectly on the rack to catch any drippings. Great quality and is scratch-resistant. Dosnt flex while in the oven holds up to high temps and is easy to clean.
