義母の台所を整理していて、３０年以上前のベンリナーですが作りがどっしりしていて良さそうなので使う事にしました。 でも、替え刃が見当たらずネット検索で製造元に問い合わせた所今も替え刃が有るとの事で早速注文しました。 切れ味が素晴らしいです。他のスライサーは全て処分してしまいました。変らず作り続けている製造元に感謝しています。
