My original one on my 2017 bike lasted me only 7 years and 12K miles which is a bit disappointing. This unit fit perfectly fine, physically and the wire harness plugged right in just like OEM. I'm generating about 14.1-14.2 volts fairly consistently to my battery. There are other knock off models out there, but I wanted to pay a bit more for this one with its positive reviews.
