A: No, there is no AC jack. No, there is no resume button.

**Q: Does it play rewritable cds?**
A: yes, it does. My only complaint is that it is very sensitive to bumps.

**Q: does it play CD-Rs?**
A: Yes. It will play CD-R disks if they are burned as audio CDs. It will not play CD-R disks if they are burned as MP3 (i.e., data) disks.

**Q: This has a headphone jack, right? :)**
A: Yes, it does have the jack.
