Install is easy following the instructions manual. Stops the leak. A little bit expensive but you save water. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Did the job *by K***I on October 9, 2025* Used to fix a Sterling toilet. Worked perfectly. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect OEM replacement *by W***D on June 25, 2025* Perfect OEM replacement for the flappers that came with our new house (4 years old now). The original flappers had calcified due to hard water during the construction phase of our sub division and had slight leaks. The flanges were hard and had lost their elasticity. One had deformed slightly on one side. These new flappers are not only supple rubber but about 1/4” wider than the original. They are OEM replacements for our toilets and fit perfectly. Installation was fast and easy. Turn the water off. Flush the toilet. Unhook the chain and pop the flapper off the pins. Snap the new flapper in place and attach the chain. Turn the water back on and fill. Took me 2 minutes for each toilet and saved hundreds of dollars not having a plumber do it.
