Review: I promise it’s not opaque - I keep seeing reviews of these where people are upset because they’re not see through and they don’t think it’s a film. you don’t really think zilla manufactured all of these plastic panes, looked at all the opaque ones, set them aside, did zero quality control, and threw all of the defect pieces this enclosure requires into boxes together as a funny little prank to you? they have a film on them. scratch it with your finger. scratch the edges until it lifts. there is no pull tab. you’ll be able to see your animal when the film is off. be aware that it’s made of plastic, and animals that need too much heat and humidity living in them will cause the plastic to warp. these are marketed as invert enclosures and **temporary** reptile enclosures because they do not provide the space for heating or lighting fixtures for reptiles and amphibians and no reptile is suitable for this enclosure. no, not even ball pythons, they benefit from large enclosures and enrichment. the enclosure is good for tarantulas. I bought them for tarantulas. they’re good for this intended purpose. if you have a tarantula get these. they’re probably good for millipedes. I’d be stoked if zilla made an even larger one because larger aquariums with mesh lids can hurt tarantulas (mesh can break fangs off). the lid sometimes makes a kind of crunchy sound when it’s opened because it’s plastic but that may also be user error because I might be putting too much pressure on those tiny hinges. it’s secure with barely any gaps in the sides and lid but be aware that if you have a small animal that likes to squeeze itself into small spaces it will be doing that to this enclosure because those tiny gaps are available. overall very good for its price as long as you don’t overestimate it, you don’t put a lizard or a tiny little jumping spider in it, and you don’t make the humidity 99% at all times
Review: Surprisingly awesome! - I bought a small one for a young tarantula. When I got it. It was SUPER easy to put together and it holds up great. Worth the money. I have much more expensive enclosures for my Ts and I almost feel I wasted my money on them because these are just as good, just a little different. I wish the lids slid open instead of lifting up but that's really my only complaint. I have since purchased a large size and two more small ones. Pics included of the large size.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The only cage made for tarantulas
*by S***S on May 24, 2021*

So far I've had them a month and they're great. They are staying together nicely, which I was worried about especially because I wanted to stack them but honestly I've had no problems. It houses a curly hair tarantula and an Asian forest scorpion great they seem to be the perfect size. My only complaint are it does feel really flimsy when moving them around not where I'm worried but it feels like one day it might give out but if u don't stack them u probably won't need to move it often so they should last longer. Id also like the try to be a little deep just an inch or so. My tarantula doesn't burrow but my scorpion does. Also if u mist the cage, water can slide between the tray and the wall and slide under it which only matters to me cuz I have a wire shelf. The lid also dips at the pivot which happens to be my Ts spot n scares her. If u can handle those things you should be good. The minus' aren't that bad n most can be worked around. For 30 buck you don't have to don't have to be handy but can enjoy putting this cage together its not a bad cage some flaws but for a pet store terrestrials cage it's probably the best and safest for your T on the market. Next time I think I'm gonna go diy but this is not a bad cage if don't decide to go that route. And I honestly say I would prefer beginner get this instead of anything else it's the only thing made for tarantulas and other bugs that size. Also if it's your tarantula, or any pet for that matter, looks small in this cage your pet is will escape. Especially slings which can stay and will be happy in a deli cups for much long than you'd think.
