**Q: Can I use this to repair a bonded leather couch?**
A: If it's real cowhide leather I'd recommend an actual leather product. Should work on VINYL (synthetic leather) materials though, I used this to repair my vinyl dashboard with great results.

**Q: Is this a solvent based paint?**
A: It isn't paint. I would say that this adhesion promoter (plastic primer) does contain solvents, but is compatible with water based primers and top coats.

**Q: And will this product cause paint to stick to a slick tarp i want to paint an out of doors sign on?**
A: If the tarp is polypropylene, yes it will help considerably.  If its is some other plastic, it will help, but not not to the same extent as if it were PP.

**Q: Can i use this product on a slick plastic woven type tarp and then use an acrylic 1-2-3 Primer on top of it before i paint a sign with acylric paint?**
A: I do not know
It helped bond on my car door panels
