A little goes a long way. I take it before bed so I have all night for it to work through and then eliminate it all first thing in the morning. It takes 8- 12 hours to work so, keep that in mind when you dose up. I don't take the full recommended dose. I start out with half a tsp and work up to a tsp mixed in water or orange juice.
