How do they attach?** A: They actually attach to the thread on the carbon filter. They sit in the water that’s already filtered through the tank. So you’d put the carbon filter in first then with 8 (they’re very specific about this 8 turns only business) turns you attach the fluoride filter and you’re ready to go.
