Thanks.** A: Yes they do, the monin syrup pump fits them, it the 1litre, 5ml pump u need, n it will screw to the top of the bottle, they fit the simply bottles better than they do there own. **Q: Can this be used to make an amaretto sour??** A: Most syrups can be used and are designed to use in cocktails, coffees, over ice-cream so I should say if the drink has lime in it then probably OK, syrups are usually sweet so not having tried lime flavour I don't know, but would think it would be fine, you can also place a slice of lime in the drink or split over the side of the glass? **Q: Suitable as an ice cream syrup?** A: Well, it has a strong pineapple flavour but nothing in the ingredients list to suggest pineapples apart from "flavouring." Personally I wouldn't, better to liquidise the fruit.
