Review: Handy and Useful - This isn't the most beautiful addition to your kitchen, but it (to us) is so functional. Whether we're washing or just cleaning up to throw something in the dishwasher, this is a great bin to use. I love washing dishes in it and the drain is so handy and easy to use. I love that we can store and soak the dirty stuff in the bin, rinse it with water and let it drain out of the bottom. Then fill with hot soapy water, or just put dishes in the dishwasher. And, I like that we can also pick this up to clear the sink if we need the sink for something else in a hurry. Before my hubby would spread out the dishes in both sinks - now he hits the bin, and he wouldn't scrape off the plates or clear stuff off the dishes - now he does because he doesn't like collecting all the debris in the bin... and he tends to do something with the dishes (either wash or put in dishwasher) once the bin is full. It's just a lot cleaner in my sinks now. I like dishes done immediately... he will soak a glass where he's only had water... which drives me bonkers. He's now not doing that as he sees the bin and usually washes his glass right up to keep from throwing it in the bin needlessly. It makes it easier on me too to have a dish pan... and the drain... wow... what a great feature.

**Q: Can I order a new plug? The rubber seal on mine is broken. Sink won’t hold water.**
A: I’m nit sure if you can order a plug or not. Are you turning it so that it does holds the water and turn it to empty?

**Q: Am I understanding correctly that this basin is 12x12x approx 6in deep while in use? That seems so small.**
A: We love this tub. It actually fits our sink perfectly. and is deep enough for our needs. It seems taller than six inches, but that is because the handles come higher. We also love the square-ness, and the drain at the bottom. We find it very functional.

**Q: Just received my basin used it today and it's stained of vegetables has anyone else had this problem and is there a customer service number I can call**
A: I haven’t had any issues with staining.  It wipes right up and cleans well.  Sorry to hear this.

**Q: Can this be washed in the dishwasher?**
A: I wouldn’t.   Mine has a slow leak and it is not from the drainer.  Might be from the area where the hard plastic and pliable material meet.  Dishwasher may weaken the attachment.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Collapsible Sink Bin, Soak and Clean with Ease!

This collapsible bin has been wonderful for washing all of our babies bottles, toys, and anything that needs cleaning or soaking. When collapsed it is about 2 inches thick and is really easy to store or put under the sink. It is about 6 inches tall when opened. The bottom drain can be closed so you can fill it with water and let items soak or you can leave it open and not fill it with water. It's also really easy to wash and wipe down, or leave to air dry. It fits perfect in our sink and allows us to keep all of the babies items in a separate area and out of the sink. When closing, it works best when you just do one corner at a time. I absolutely recommend this item and would buy it again. Totally worth the money, we use it multiple times a day!
