I use a pellet grill for smoking meats and added a Smoke Tube to infuse more smoke into the process. The smoke tubes can be tricky to light using alcohol or other methods, but are simple with a torch. It is simple and safe to use. Simply push the button on the rear of the torch and it is on. There is also an adjustment knob to increase the flame though I have never needed on anything but the lowest setting. Good quality product.
