Review: Superb - Currently unused, but my second purchase of this exact seat as I broke the previous one by standing on it and getting myself up to the window sill. Easy to fit and use, comfortable with a nice seat cover to keep the thighs and bum from getting cold. Very easy to wipe clean, especially good when you remove it and clean. Review: Overall ok - plastic seat doesn't feel very sturdy, pads don't sit flat to toilet. - First impressions - It doesn't feel as sturdy as my old toilet seat, it's just normal plastic and feels less hard wearing - The top fitting connectors were so simple to install. The back ones now sit flat to the seat but the front ones are marginally higher. It has taken the pressure off the back hinge which should reduce any potentially cracking but I think I will make the front ones slightly thicker using the old pads too so theyre level. Its not fit for purpose so I am sending mine back. This system is a total contrast - simple to do and the seat was replaced in 10 minutes. It is also good to know that if I have aligned it badly, it is very easy to take the seat off and adjust. Brilliant. Also will be much easier to clean. Sadly, the first seat supplied was faulty - the release mechanism wouldn't release - but the Amazon return system worked well and the perfect replacement arrived two days later.
