Should have returned when I saw the package was already opened. *by J***N on May 19, 2023* I got a HiFiBerry DAC2 HD, a HiFiBerry DAC2 Pro, and two HiFiBerry DSP Add-On Modules. Installed them in two Steel Cases for HiFiBerry DAC+ RCA, Pi 4 - White. The Pro sounds fine, but the HD sounds terrible. Highs are staticy, like a radio station a little out of tune. Same setup but with bluetooth to the amp directly sounds much better, so it's definitely the HiFiBerry DAC2 HD. Tweaked everything I could, but there is just no improving this thing. Should have returned it when I saw the open package, and definitely before the return window closed. Burned $125. Will be removing this thing and just using the 3.5mm out. Can only be an improvement.
