It is an excellent product because the vitamins are in bio available form which leads to them being readily absorbed by the body. Otherwise one is just making their urine expensive. This is the ONLY indian brand that I know of which makes bioavailable version of these vitamins and also their multivitamin is great. Update: I stopped taking this supplement mainly because I shifted to a Life Extension brand b complex which has much higher strength. The difference is quite evident. I sincerely wish that Trexgenics could come up with a higher strength product for those of us with MTHFR or general bcomplex deficiencies. People like me take 3-4 pills of this supplement in the morning , so the added Vitamin C dose goes to very high amounts , the manufacturer needs to reduce it to 1/3rd of its present value per capsule 3.
