My truck has 3 oxygen sensors, and one after the CAT went bad causing rough idle and increased fuel consumption. Also, the engine light would come on almost everyday, after I clear the code. All 3 oxygen sensors are the exact same on these trucks, so if you have a 1998-2005 s10 with the 4.3 vortec, or a 1998-2005 Blazer with the 4.3 Vortec, this oxygen sensor will work, and you can buy three of these to change all the oxygen sensors. I decided to go with these Denso oxygen sensors because Denso is reputable, and makes great OEM parts that fit and function just like OEM. I have never had issues with Denso parts, ever. These oxygen sensors also came with graphite anti-seize already applied to the threads, which is nice, but copper would have been a better choice for exhaust components. I just needed one oxygen sensor, but decided to just replace all 3, since the original ones were all 24 years old. Took me 30 minutes to replace.
