Although 1 wallet will accept (almost) any type of crypto coin, the coin stamped on the card it the "primary" coin. I purchased 4 wallets (BTC, ETH, XRP, LTC) to hold each coin type and provide a bit of security against loss or compromise by spreading the coins between 4 different wallets. The app works well, is intuitive, and the "gas" and coin-to-coin "exchange" fees are far cheaper than I've experienced with internationally known web exchanges.

**Q: How to load money into wallet**
A: Hi, It seems like you are referring to buying crypto through our app. Through our Buy function, you can choose between 3 different fiat-to-crypto gateway providers that will allow one to use their bank account or credit card to purchase crypto directly from our app. The 3 fiat-to-crypto gateway providers that we have partnered with are MoonPay, Wyre, and Simplex.

Other than that, you are unable to deposit fiat currency directly to the wallet. The Ballet wallet is a decentralized cryptocurrency wallet. It only supports cryptocurrencies.

**Q: Fees are the same for real ethereum wallet card and xrp real wallet card or another?**
A: There is no fee to receive crypto on any Ballet wallet, but when you send crypto out of the wallet, you must pay a network transaction fee (called a “miner fee” in Bitcoin, “gas” in Ethereum) to whichever blockchain network you are using. When creating a transaction, the wallet will deduct the network transaction fee (usually from the same address/account) and allocate it to the network miners/stakers. The fee amount is determined by the amount of transaction activity on the network; in times of increased activity fees will rise in response, and vice versa.

Transaction fees work the same on all Ballet wallets (REAL BTC, ETH, XRP, etc.) and every other crypto wallet brand. Fees are paid to the particular blockchain network you are using, but Ballet itself does not charge any fee.

**Q: What if you lose it?**
A: If you lose your physical  Ethereum card then its no different than losing your wallet full of cash.  Its gone for good.   I would copy the Ethereum address and store it away safe just as a precaution.
