The bench is stable but is light enough when you need to move it around the house. It folds small enough to keep in the corner of my closet. Best of all, minimal assembly is required as you only need to insert the 2 safety pins & 1 safety lock to set it up. Initially the pins didn't fit in the holes that it was meant to, but the seller was very quick when I asked for feedback, and it's just a matter of forcibly wiggling the pin to make the holes a little bigger. After that, everything fit OK. Recommended purchase.

Excellent quality bench on first impressions. Easy to set up with just a couple of easy pins to slot in. Padding is perfect, and the bench is stable. The flexibility in the settings of the back are ideal. I was apprehensive about buying a bench at this price, but really pleased I did so.

It's not a bad product overall. Seems like it'll be ok for general weight training in the home, but i wouldn't recommend lifting any serious weight while using it, as it doesn't feel sturdy enough to me. I must commend their customer service, some of the bolts were missing when mine arrived. I contacted them through amazon about it, and had a reply within a couple of hours. They arranged immediately to send the missing parts to me via courier, which i really appreciate.
