Review: Works like a charm - I'm sick with the flu and the congestion has been causing immense pain in my head, face, and jaw that no medication has even be able to touch. After two rinses with this, my nose is finally unclogged and all the nasal pressure and pain is gone. The container does have one leaky spot, but it's still usable and still works. I am so grateful for this product.

**Q: is it bpa free**
A: It is bpa free but it is also poorly made.   I've bought two of these know and both leak at the seams.   Better off buying ceramic

**Q: how do you use it?**
A: Fill it up, put in one of the packages, tilt your head sideways over the sink and stick it in the nostril that's on the top side and then switch to the other (assuming you have two nostrils). When the pot is empty, blow your nose to get out any water that still lingering in you sinuses. The real trick is make sure your head is really tilted sideways. The more sideways the better.  I found that having my mouth open helps the flow...don't know why but it does. Be ready for a really weird feeling (Kind of like when you get water in your nose when you go swimming) but just go with it ...you'll be surprised how much better you feel moments after you're done.

**Q: What kind of plastic? What is the printed recycle number?**
A: It does not say what kind of plastic and does not have a plastic recycle symbol.  Rest assured that it is definitely breakable, as my wife dropped it on the floor and it cracked.  Go with the Yeti pot.  It works just as well and has a much more impact resistant type of plastic.

**Q: How do I clean this?**
A: I have the porcelain version of this and I just use some hot water to clean it.

I wish I had discovered this Neti Pot sooner instead of wasting hundreds on aerosol sprays. Using the NeilMed Neti Pot was a little akward at frst but after a few tries this thing is amazing. My Neti Pot was leaking water on the stem where the two halves join together but I contacted NeilMed about this issue and they quickly resolved the problem.
