This is the copy of my communication with their support department. I removed some of my specific personal info. The unit seems to be plagued by a bad console. Two consoles have failed in a 25 month period of ownership According to your own support department, these consoles cannot be repaired, they must be replaced. Since the console costs $491 and the current expected life seems to be about 1yr, there does not seem to be much point in buying a new console. I cannot believe there is not a $10 chip replacement option to repair this! Isn't there any other option that is financially viable to repair this? The last time the console was replaced, the circuit board looked new. I did not see any evidence of cold solder joints, burnt components or any other visible signs of problems. So, have your technical people figured out why your console board fails? Is there a flaw in the design?
