### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Torchstar sells products with missing parts

I bought this lamp to replace an old lamp. When I opened it, it was missing 2 springs. I liked the lamp and just wanted to get the springs. So i called Tochstar directly 4 times and could not get anyone on the phone to help me. Then I was able to contact them via email, and they sent the 2 missing springs for free in a timely manner. Thank you Torchstar.
