However, choice in caps do not come randomly because one is stronge than the other. Caps should work at lest 6 months and whichever color (stregth) cap gets to that point - should be the correct choice. In all likelihood, the ones my dentist put in would have been good for six months, but when I got the new inserts and the Locator tool, I had to try them out. Everything is working as advertised. After watching videos on You Tube, I was surprised at how small the Insertion tool is. Overall I am happy with my purchase. As someone else said in another review, be sure to buy the Locator branded inserts. Just to be on the safe side. Some mentioned that the inserts they ordered were too big, or otherwise didn't fit. Some advice. Ask your dentist to give you the info, so you can order the right ones. Mine did, knowing I would change them myself.
