It is missing a number of more modern features, but aligns with our needs-- we use it to power a POE camera and connect 6 other devices at a remote rental home. Obviously a managed switch would be better as it would allow us to power cycle specific ports or diagnose some issues remotely, however we have another device that can remotely power cycle the entire switch/modem/router. This switch has is well built and has worked without any issues for the past six months, it doesn't get hot even when all ports are in use and one is powering a POE camera several hundred feet away. It's not feature packed, but is reliable.
