First, I train at home and do not have the space dedicated for gym full of gear. Many "on line" training programs are designed to work with not much more than dumbbells, pull up bars and a weight bench but sometimes more equipment is needed for "cable" type exercises. Rubberbanditz works with those exercises very nicely. Secondly, I am pretty strong overall and can do most exercises with fairly heavy weight but cannot do pull ups exercises to save my life. I read that using the "robust" and "power" resistance band combo to assist with pull-ups and a number of people doing CrossFit were using them for this. Although I just began using them I can see where I will get to a place where my strength level will improve to the point where I will need less of them and ultimately not at all. To see this in action I suggest looking at the Rubberbanditz website along with videos on YouTube of people using the bands for strength resistance training. Thirdly, after initially looking at other band brands at sporting good stores I found Rubberbanditz quality and variety of strength resistance to be the best anywhere.
