Review: Great for leg cramps! - I love TUMS, I actually use these when I get intense leg cramps. I honestly don't know what in them works so well to stop the cramps but it does. I keep them in our bathroom to grab quickly because I typically get leg cramps at night- I eat two of them and within a short amount of time by cramps are gone. If you have ever had leg cramps you know how terrible they are! I also only like the peppermint flavor, yes they are a little chalky but the mint for some reason helps with that!
