In a Blender, put 1 pint Half&Half, 1/3 Cup Sugar, 1/8 tsp. Salt, 2 tsp Vanilla flavor, 1 Tbs Honey, 1 tsp Guar Gum. Blend on High for about 20-30 seconds, pour into a bowl and refrigerate for about 2 hours. For Chocolate pudding, add 1/3 to 1/2 Cup of Cocoa powder.
