Sound quality isn't anything super impressive its what you expect at this price. Its good, not great. The listing says "Superior" they're not. They're average at best for Bluetooth earbuds.2. The "fingerprint touch pad" is a bit annoying. If I want to adjust the buds slightly it will just be a constant button press pausing the music to play it then to pause it again.Pros:1. Very convenient wireless buds, I loved my other Bluetooth wired earbuds and didn't realize it could get any better till I tried these.2. Charging & pairing is pretty easy and the charging case has a lid which is a big + to me because it makes them far more portable than one without a lid for the case.**VERY IMPORTANT**READ THE MANUAL - The only part that really matters is the bit concerning how the button presses work i.e. 1 tap for pause/play, hold for 3/s to turn off, etc. Just give it a quick look.Make sure you put the earbuds in your ear properly I goofed and at first had a them turned pointing upward which obviously resulted in pretty unbearable quality. I have to admit that I haven't done a workout other than running in these earbuds, but they stay in place even with sweat. Sound quality is really good, in fact I was a bit blown away when they first came on. They were very easy to pair with my phone, no push the button for this long, wait die this long- they were searching for the connection automatically and the whole process took just a few seconds. (It was easier than pairing some of the high-end earbuds myself or my kids have had. ) I like the charging case rather than having to plug each bud in to a separate cord to charge.So far I'm generally impressed with these! ### ⭐ All around bad experience!!! *by W***N on Reviewed in the United States on January 6, 2020* I cannot for the life of me understand where all the 5 star reviews came from unless they were paid for. I started out having trouble removing the earbuds and charging case from the packaging. They are firmly ensconced in the plastic and there is no easy way to get a hold of them. Next in line was the fit, or shall I say lack of fit. Using the smallest bud included with the product the earbuds simply would not stay in my ears ... with absolutely NO activity. Then there was the fact the earbuds were speaking in Chinese and there were no instructions how to switch to English. On top of that, I could find no way to contact the manufacturer for help. So I tried reading the manual and that was a folly!! The print is so small you need a magnifying glass to read it. When I did some research and found a PDF manual online I downloaded it but found even when I could read it, the manual was all but useless. By now, my frustration level (along with my blood pressure) was sky high. But the coup de grâce was when I actually tried to use the earbuds. If I turned my head side to side I lost connectivity. If I moved my head front to back I lost connectivity. I am talking of moving a matter of inches, sitting less than one foot from my laptop. To add insult to injury, I learned the charging case is only 500 mAh which would recharge the earbuds 2.5 times. Compare that to other earphones that have 3500 mAh charging cases and can recharge the earbuds dozens of times. To recap: bad packaging; bad fit; Chinese language; no instructions; poor manual; bad fit; terrible connection and inadequate charging case. In conclusion, this was a bad experience and I cannot recommend these earphones to anyone. Spend a little more and get something decent. These definitely are not worth the money.
