The excercise routines are all printed on the disc, but I am guessing these will wear out in the future of course depending on how much you use it. If you are doing leg excercise it is best to wear shoes so you have a proper grip on your feet and you are good to go. The hand excercise are bit tricky just a matter of getting used to it. I have been using them without the straps so can’t comment on the use of those but I am finding the plates easy enough to use. It’s nice to have the exercise ideas printed, though bear in mind that with use print will naturally wear off (you can always take a picture to refer back to). I am using mine on carpet, there is some resistance to sliding them, more so when a lot of pressure put in the plates but I find this helpful as it’s more controlled and gives a better workout for me.
