**Q: Can this be used for wooden drawer glides?**
A: Yes, it is a slide lubricant made for wood. It works very well. I bought it for my antique dining room table. It has made sliding open and closing for adding the extra leafs easy. I have also used it on dresser drawers. A very good product.

**Q: What is the main substance?**
A: White petroleum.  I am very happy with this product.  I have an OLD house with built in drawers that didn't slide in and out well and antique furniture pieces with the same issue. I used this product and drawers slide much nicer.  I'm very pleased.  It's been 7 months and still sliding great.

**Q: Does this work good for preventing friction between two pieces of wood, such as chair rockers**
A: I was disappointed with the product.  I used it to reduce wood on wood friction and it made little difference.  I would not recommend it.

**Q: How does this compare to using plain paraffin wax for wooden drawers with that stick (old sideboard)?**
A: I have never used paraffin and when I bought this I wasn’t expecting much but it worked amazing.  I have an antique dresser I picked up along the way and it probably needed to be disassembled and had pieces replaces drawers didn’t slide at all and they do now.  I took a cloth and rubbed it on the sides of the drawers and it is like magic
