Very glad I rolled the dice - for it is a winner! Granted I had to wait over two months for delivery - and the poor guy on the delivery truck was on his own so I had to give him a hand getting this huge crate down from his cab with nothing but a hand cart - and I then hired someone to move it to the backyard and someone else to take the crate remains to the dump - but all worth it. Hottub is amazing - well built, powerful jets, nicely colored lights with a beautiful interior and exterior walls. Only issue is the steps did not ship with the unit, and after a call I discovered they were backordered and they didnt want to hold the tub because of the unavailable steps. Cost me $850 for the electric run - so total of about 8K for a tub that would be at least 12K at a dealer. Highly recommend! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hot tub big bang for your buck!!! *by J***O on August 23, 2020* This is my first hot tub and it is awesome!!!......ButI tried to do everything right.........I had a experienced licensed electrician run 220V line and hook up spa ( he got wiring wrong) I had spa movers move the tub into place they were great and gave me good advice(thanks Ron of long island spa movers) the freight delivery service from AFB took three attempts but the last delivery guy ( shout out to Mario got it done by himself and his pallet jack) . It takes a little patience to get everything in order but when it is set up the the heater is great, the pumps are awesome and somewhat quiet, the lights are fun and the hot tub for a beginner is QUITE NICE!!!There is plenty of jets, plenty of power in each seat, lounger is great and so far with the tub running at 102 degrees we are off to a good start. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Purchase *by B***L on October 23, 2020* We had started looking at hot tubs in July and soon realized that it would take a couple of months for one to be delivered. The local hot tub store was more expensive than what we had been thinking so we started looking online. Checking reviews and prices. It seemed at little risky buying sight unseen but prices were $3000-$4000 cheaper than the average tub from the local dealer. Essential Tubs had very good ratings so we took the plunge..... In August, we poured an eight foot square slab of cement for the tub to sit on. (31-80 lb. bags of concrete) Delivery was scheduled for the third week in September but a shipping delay pushed it back. We also realized it was going to be delivered to the driveway and not to the backyard where it was going be sitting. We scrambled but got people ready to move it. (six of us) Finally, it came on October 3. We moved it into place. On October 12 my electrician came and hooked up. It needs a 50 amp set up. This is safer and saves some electricity but cost $1100. Not cheap. The next day it was filled with water. It took about an hour to fill the 400 gal tub. The water temp was 52 degrees. After 4 hrs we were up over 80 degrees and I added chemicals. The next day it was ready to go. We love it. Two and a half months from start to finish but it is a great addition. We have used it almost everyday. It is a quality hot tub that I would highly recommend for anyone that is looking.
