This bag fits perfectly over the bottom of the Breeze box, which I have sitting inside a giant size litter box in the bottom of a closet. I get virtually no scatter this way. The Tidy Cat box is designed to use a pad in a pullout tray to catch pee, but that gets kinda gross unless you change it every day. SO much easier just to remove the tray and let the urine-soaked sawdust fall into this bag instead. With my two large cats, the bag needs changing twice a week. The plastic wouldn't stand up to cat claws, but in my case it doesn't need to. The drawstring is now made stronger - previously I reviewed to say that it broke every time I tried to pull on it. I should have ordered X Grande size because these were too small for my cat box. Gave mine to a friend.
