Review: Snug fit and comfortable, good amount of extra weight - I've just received it and put it on, it fit snuggly, it's comfortable and doesn't move about. I can definitely feel the extra weight on my back, especially going up and down the stairs. Even when sitting down, it naturally forces you to activate your core and sit up straighter. I can see myself use it in my Pilates and martial arts practice. But I'll gradually build up the length of time I wear it, starting with an hour a day this week maybe a bit more, to using it while doing sport in a week or two, to not cause excessive fatigue to the shoulde, upper back muscles and thus cause an injury. Note that I'm a a petite size (1m60/5'2) but fairly fit from years of Taekwondo and Pilates practice and teaching. Adapt your build up to your own level. It's just a shame you can't add more weights, once adapted you’ll have to buy a whole new vest. I guess that explains the reasonable price.

This one felt very heavy the first time I used it, but I soon got used to it and it has been comfortable and easy to wear. So far(three months in) it has been robust and the quality still seems good. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a cost-effective weighted vest. I think I’m probably going to buy a slightly heavier one now!
