## Questions & Answers

**Q: I just ordered one of these. Some people reviewed that the paint chips off. Has anyone tried epoxy or anything else to preserve their dog tag?**
A: I like mine yes it does chip a bit but it depends where you keep them! It’s still a good purchase!

**Q: How long will it take to arrive?**
A: It only took 2 weeks for me and it was expected to take 1-2 months

**Q: The example keychain in the photos has text on two lines. I do not see a way to make two lines of text. How can we do two lines?**
A: In general, all customers enter text, and our designer will set it according to the length of the text.
If you have a request, you can send a message to us after make a order , so that we can make it according to your requirements.

**Q: Will the picture ever fade away?**
A: My photo immediately chipped the photo paint off all around the edges.
Also I gave 2 photos thst were different, one for each side, this seller used one photo for both sides..
I cant see an option to "contact seller" about this problem..
