Review: Ultra-lazy - I don't even wipe it just spray! - What I like about this wax is I can just spray it on and that's it. I don't even wipe it off. I leave the excess, which looks a little fuzzy but not bad. Eventually the sun bakes it on and the weather smooths it out. Usually by the next day it's shining in the sun. Looks great, lasts awhile. I spray it on rear and side windows, lights, and tire sidewalls too. Usually I use it after a carwash. But since I'm not wiping or rubbing it, I can even spray it on a dirty car. The dust may get trapped in the wax a bit but it still looks shiny and pretty good. It doesn't damage the paint because not rubbing in the dirt. Maybe not a replacement for hand waxing with carnauba wax sometimes, but it's a great way to keep the paint protected and help snow, ice and rain run off easily between washes. Snow slides right off.

**Q: Can it be used on a wet car? Has anyone tries it**
A: The dryer your car is, the better the shine. However a little water won't ruin the process unlike old-fashioned paste and liquid waxes. I have successfully used a single wet microfiber towel (Amazon Basics) to wipe dirt off each panel, rinsing in a bucket of water (no soap) before moving to the next panel. This leaves little droplets behind that usually dry when the car is completely wiped clean. The car would look terrible with smears etc. based on this quick wet wipe down, but not there is very little grit for the Ice Spray Wax to contend with. I just move back to my original first panel, mostly dry, and use my second microfiber (also AmazonBasics) to apply then a higher quality Microworks microfiber cloth (Microworks 2502-RED-DZ Microfiber Towel, 16" x 16") to wipe in/wipe dry/buff. Ice Spray Wax is MUCH easier to "wipe off" to a sparkling shine than the top dog in the TW lineup, Ice 'n' Shine.

**Q: How are t-470r ice spray detailer and t-477r ice spray wax different, and how should each be used?**
A: The wax is for use after washing and drying.  The detailer is for when you have light soil and you will wipe it off and wax all at once. **Q: Has anyone used this product on a black vehicle? I was initially looking at Turtle Wax's Black Wax Kit, but read some bad reviews.**
A: My car is black and this is the only product that I use. The one thing that I would suggest is that the product be used sparingly. I found that when I tried to use it weekly the wax would cause swirls. It is better, for me, to use it once or twice per month and in the interim use the Turtle wax Detailer.

**Q: Anyone use this on their rims? I wouldn't expect any negatives, but would it be worth it?**
A: I don't have expensive rims (just plastic wheel covers) but don't think it would hurt anything.  The directions on the bottle says "Use on paint, glass, chrome, plastic, rubber trim & wheels" so that covers anything on the exterior of a car that I can think of.  It doesn't seem to last as long as a paste wax but it is so easy that its worth it to wax more often.

I am a huge fan of the Turtle Wax Ice products. They are easy to use and are wallet friendly. I use Seal and Shine every 6 months with the Wax and Dry as a drying agent after every wash. I bought the Spray Wax after seeing some positive reviews on YouTube. I washed my truck and dried it with the wash and wax. I took it into the garage and applied small amounts on a microfiber cloth all over the truck. I went back and lightly buffed with another cloth. The results are fantastic. I have a Ram with a paint called Majestic Steel Metallic that is prone to streaking with most wax or sealant products. No streaking, just a mirror like shine that is absolutely beautiful. Of all the Turtle Wax products this is the easiest and my favorite. I highly recommend.
